Type II Diabetics take Actos for long-term diabetes maintenance. Diabetes patients who have taken Actos may suffer an increased risk of developing bladder cancer.

Actos (Pioglitazone) is manufactured by Takeda Pharmaceuticals for treatment of Type II Diabetes. Takeda’s alleged failure to adequately warn consumers of the increased risk of bladder cancer, and failure to warn about other potential medical problems, makes the company potentially liable for injuries and damages.
